Scenes from and he unlocked his word-hoard

When almost everything is forgotten, who will be left to mourn? A lone scribe considers the weight of time,
a single book survives the flames, and an entire culture fades into the mists of forgetfulness. This theatrical performance considers Beowulf, mourning, and the heart-rending realities of living a mortal life.
Performed at the Centre for Contemporary Art in Glasgow, UK on January 17 & 18, 2024 as a part of the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland's Emergence Festival 2024.
This production was the final project of my MFA program of study at RCS, and was directed, designed, and performed by me.
